If you are not happy with your product for any reason, Perfume Brands is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product are returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging.
A product can be returned within 15 days of receipt if not completely satisfied for a full money back guarantee.
Goods must have a valid Perfume Brands receipt. Returns and exchanges are only valid for goods verified to be purchased from Perfume Brands. The customer must also pay freight charges for returns.
Unfortunately, Perfume Brands cannot exchange or refund if the customer is not happy with the scent or the fragrance or any personal taste issues associated with purchase.
