How long will it take for delivery?

All our items are dispatched within 5-7 business working days of payment verification. Orders are usually received within 7 days.

We do accept personal cheques by mail, however perfumes will not be sent out until cheque clears.

Do You Ship Overseas?

No Sorry Due To The New Government Laws We Are Unable To Ship Overseas. However If You Wish To Purchase For Someone Who Lives in Australia We Are Able To Accept Your Order.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number. Orders are normally dispatched from our warehouse within 5-7 business working days of payment verification.

My order is being returned by Australia post because of Insufficient address, What happens now?

If you order is returned to us because of Insufficient address supplied by you, unfortunately any return postage charges and re delivery charges back to will need to be paid prior to re delivery. All delivery charges are non refundable

What will be the postage charges?

1 Perfume Order $8.50, Additional Pefume Order $5.00, not just put fixed rate, you can leave fixed rate, but put a note underneath: Postage charges are as follows: $8.50 for the first Perfume Order and $5.00 for each Perfume Order thereafter. Perfume Order refers to each quantity of Perfume, not the complete order. If you order 2 Perfumes, then the postage will be charged for 2 Perfumes.
